Whether it is the crumble we served as dessert, or the blueberry muffin for this morning tea, words like these coming from our residents evokes the food philosophy which Becky upholds. Together with her team, Becky strives to ensure that food not only nourishes, but also brings happy memories of the food of home which we cherish throughout our lives.
Becky is an alumna of one of Melbourne’s leading culinary schools, the William Angliss Institute, where she completed her course in commercial cookery. She is certified by the Australian Institute of Food Safety and has been a member of Napier Street’s catering team since 2005.
