Helen van Heemst

PA to the CEO, Co-ordinator of Quality and Education

Helen joined Napier Street Aged Care Services in 2002. Prior to this, Helen has spent more than ten years years working in administration in the aged care sector. 

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, which includes payroll and HR functions, Helen is actively involved in Napier Streets Continuous Quality Improvement Programme, facilitating regular quality audits in all areas of the facility. She also co-ordinates a variety of education sessions which are conducted on site at Napier Street as well as assisting staff in facilitating their external education and training needs.

As a member of Napier Street’s dedicated team who provide quality care and services to all residents, Helen maintains a warm rapport and friendly interaction with residents, family members and visitors.
