Marlon believes ethical financial management is the backbone of a great organization and he is eminently qualified for this important position. He has a background in teaching and lecturing in accounting in the Philippines and continues his sessional work at Holmes Institute lecturing in Accounting and Finance. One of Marlon’s passions is mentoring and motivating his students to achieve the best possible outcomes.
His areas of expertise include financial analysis and reporting, regulatory compliance requirements and budgeting, along with having a sound knowledge of accounting software and enterprise resource planning (SAP).
Prior to his appointment as Finance Manager Marlon worked in both catering and administration at Napier Street, whilst studying full-time.
