From Tuesdays to Fridays, Napier Street Aged Care comes alive with activity and conversation, as we open our doors to older local residents who call in to enjoy a vibrant day programme designed to enhance social interaction and support ongoing independence.
Who can take part?
Senior residents living in and around the City of Port Phillip are welcome to attend the Napier Street Community Day Centre. Before signing up to join a session, we encourage you to visit the centre first (or we can visit you at home), to ensure that our programmes will be able to meet your needs and interests.
Cost
Sessions cost $55 each and can be paid on the day, or invoiced. Participants who have a Pension Card or are eligible for Home & Community Care (HACC), pay a subsidised fee of $10 per session. Most sessions include a cooked lunch and morning/afternoon tea.
Transport
