There are two rooms under this category, ranging in size from 22.3 To 25.2 sq m.
Room 63
This room has a north/north easterly view, this looks out over Napier Street and over the rooftops to the South Melbourne Town Hall. A backdrop to this part of the city sky line, with lovely light visible at night.
This room has plantation shutters on all windows, as well as additional storage space. Furniture includes two armchairs, a lamp table, a bedside table, overbed table and an an inbuilt desk and desk chair. The high low electric bed can be either a single or converted to a king single at your choice. A feature table lamp matches the furnishings. The bathroom has an inbuilt shaving cabinet with a mirrored door. The room has a picture rail for ease of hanging artwork of your choice. There is a display shelving unit above the in-built desk. This room has very high ceilings with period features. There is both a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning unit and hydronic heating. There is a wall mounted smart TV in the room. A second smaller open display unit is situated in the bedroom area of this room.
